Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
How to track your order
- Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Pawly
- Click the tracking link in that email
- Use your tracking number if prompted
Delivery times
Delivery usually takes around 7-12 business days. During busy periods, shipping may take slightly longer.
Haven't received your tracking email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Please allow up to 24 hours after your order has been shipped for the tracking email to arrive
- If it has been more than 48 hours, contact us at pawlysupport@gmail.com with your order number
