Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $45 USD. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of $4.95 USD.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, your order is already being prepared for dispatch and changes may not be possible.

What if I’m not satisfied?
No problem. Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not right for you or your dog, we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I request a refund?
Simply email us at pawlysupport@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest within 24 hours.
Do I need to return the product?
No. For your convenience (and hygiene reasons), we don’t require returns on used items. If it didn’t work for your dog, you still qualify for a full refund.
