Delivery times
Delivery usually takes around 7-12 business days. During busy periods, shipping may take slightly longer.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

How to request a return or refund

- Tell us what the issue is
- We’ll confirm your refund within 24 hours
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us with a photo and your order number and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, used products that are not defective cannot be returned. However, if the product didn’t work for your dog, you are still covered by our 30-day guarantee.
